Behavioural change in one day
In 2014 ING Belgium began transitioning to an agile workflow. To help employees with this transition, a training programme would be necessary. ING invited TinQwise to develop a one-day learning solution that would not only cause an attitudinal shift, but would also develop soft skills. And this for a population of about 800 employees!
That kind of a request was going to need a high impact solution: location based learning.
