Who is NMBS?
NMBS (Nationale Maatschappij der Belgische Spoorwegen) rings a bell with almost every Belgian citizen.
NMBS is responsible for the organisation and commercial exploitation of Belgian railroad traffic. Additionally, NMBS is responsible for the maintenance of trains and train stations.
As a company, they are continually evolving and adapting to the changing scenery. Naturally, this also means changes in their way of working.

In an ever-changing world, NMBS wants to provide its managers with tips & tricks on much needed soft skills. Answering questions such as "How do I run meetings efficiently?", "How do you communicate changes in the company successfully?", and "How do I give feedback to my colleagues?".
