What does the Newbies Special package comprise?
Newbies Kickstart plus:
- We create videos in vlog style about who you are and what your core values are – light-hearted and to the point. This is how we realise a special onboarding experience together.
- We explain to you how to use the app, how to adjust content, and how to upload translations. We also provide a manual.
- An interface between Newbies and your HR system ensures that you are relieved of much of the user administration work.
- We offer a buddy programme to support the guidance new employees receive from their buddies.
- Insight is provided into the progress of new colleagues. Newbies serves as a mnemonic for your managers. They receive reminders, so that they will take action at the right moment.
Decide which add-ons you want to use
You will really make the difference if you see to it that the experience is tailored to your specific target group perfectly. Choose from the following add-ons for an optimum onboarding experience:
- Great events, such as an informal welcome get-together with a band or an introduction event.
- A Newbies table tennis table to bring your new colleagues together.
- Got Your Backpack, an onboarding game to get to know your new colleagues, each other, and your organisation.
- Custom video, for every subject you want to get across briefly and effectively.
- Escape room in a box: create your own escape room in five steps.
- For a virtual tour of your head office, we use the TinQwise 360 app, possibly with branded VR cardboards for a realistic experience.
- With the platform Newbies runs on, it is easy for us to extend the package to a comprehensive Academy. In this way, you can continue the employee life cycle also after onboarding with job-specific training programmes.
- You take a training in how to develop content in a single style and tone of voice – briefly, effectively and to the point.
- Consultancy concerning onboarding in your HR process and concerning the set-up of the onboarding journey.
- Inspiration session.
- Promotion and communication with respect to going live.
