TinQwise traditionally specialises in custom work for clients. Each client and each learning challenge is different, and that’s why a custom-made concept is our starting point. Such a concept works as a compass for further development of the eventual learning solution’s 4 key pillars:

In the pilar Content we take a look at the message that we want to convey.

Usually, the goal is to make people get better at something. To give them more knowledge of and confidence in a certain theme, to build the right skill set, to show the right attitude. Regardless the size of a digital learning solution, this pilar is always prominent.

Didactics

If the pilar Content deals with the 'what?'-question, then the pilar Didactics deals with 'How?' we convey the message. 

Here, we talk about the structure of the learning solution, the relationship between online and offline components, the methods we use, the media choices we make, the testing principles we want to apply, etcetera. What is crucial in this respect is that we build a healthy mix of learning activities that make sure that the learners stay captivated and that guarantee the maximum retention of the subject matter.

TinQwise mainly creates learning concepts with a digital component. That is why the pilar Technique is obviously of vital importance today. 

We prefer realising our learning concepts using standard software wherever we can, because it’s time and cost-efficient. Clients can then relatively easily make adjustments to developed learning concepts. If necessary, we also make custom software in collaboration with excellent software partners.

We strive to people 'wanting' to learn instead of 'having to'. When a learning solution feels “their own”, connecting with the DNA of the people, with the “brand” of the company and the company culture, then that’s already a significant step in the right direction. That’s is why the pilar Visual/Graphic design is crucial for TinQwise

Just as we consider it to be normal as a consumer that marketing strategies succeed to persuade us with a 30-second TV commercial to either buy a product or not, we also want the “look & feel” of the learning solution to trigger the learner to participate actively and enthusiastically in the learning challenge. We are in fact extending marketing and communication to learning, and this completely in line with the client’s house-style.
