HKM Academy: Learning Culture Platform

Hunkemöller is always working on creating an optimal learning culture for its employees. So that they can fulfil their own potential, enjoy their work and really help their customers. All over the world.

Flexible learning is therefore a must. For that reason, we helped Hunkemöller with the switch from the existing Learning Management System (LMS) to their new, flexible, learning culture platform. With a fresh, mobile-first design and a seamless user experience.

And Hunkemöller wouldn't be Hunkemöller without a successful launch campaign. In less than two months, 30,628 modules were completed!

For an ideal learning experience, an inspiring and seamless user experience is essential. The new, mobile-first design of the HKM Academy therefore applies the Netflix concept: visually strong, easy to navigate and filter, and you can see where you stopped.

Depending on your role - manager or employee, in a shop or at the head office - you can immediately see which learning content is currently relevant to you.

TinQwise LXP

The new Hunkemöller Academy was built with the TinQwise LXP. The learning experience platform has a content builder with which the HR team at Hunkemöller can easily add new interactive modules, videos and manuals. Fully branded. And TinQwise generates data which every manager can easily analyse and control.

Hunkemöller launched the new academy with a very streamlined activation campaign. Four modules went live over six weeks, for example the 'World Class Service' and 'Omnichannel' modules. Every store manager received a cake baking kit so that they could make a cake and celebrate when the whole team was certified.

And Hunkemöller also organised a competition between the regions (25 to 40 stores per region). The region that was the first to achieve a certification level of 95% and shared the successes on Instagram with #hkmacademy won a prize.

Perfect marketing. In less than two months, 30,628 modules were completed!
